How to order

If you are ordering for yourself then you are in the right place! If you're ordering for a shop you need to go to our trade website

We usually dispatch your order upon receipt - ie same day or next day. If you opt for next day delivery before 2pm you should receive your order on the next working day. For Royal Mail delivery we ask customers to allow 3-5 working days. If you are ordering from abroad these delivery times maybe longer.We dispatch orders Monday-Friday 9.30am-5pm. 
To purchase a product click onto the product and click the ‘Add' button and it will be automatically be added to your shopping cart.
All products are automatically set to add 1 to your cart but you can change this by typing the number you would like into the product quantity box.
You can view your shopping cart at stage by clicking on your order next to the cart icon. You can delete an item from your cart by ticking remote item and recalculating your cart.
When you check out you will be asked if you are an existing customer or new customer. If you are already registered with the site it won't let you re-register. If you have forgotten your username or password you can send yourself and new password using your email address.
If you are a new customer it is quick and easy to register.
When you check out don't forget to select a delivery type-Royal mail or next day delivery. If you are ordering from abroad the website will select a delivery option according to your delivery location.

FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders over £25
There is a delivery charge of £2.75 (First Class) for all UK orders under £25. You can also request guaranteed (signed for) next day delivery by courier in the UK for £5.50.
Delivery to Europe Airmail is £5. Delivery to World Zone One (eg USA and Canada) is £9 and to World Zone 2 (eg Australia, Far East) £10.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched upon receipt. You will be advised by phone or email of any delay or if the item is not available.
We accept all major credit and debit cards and paypal payments.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Switch, Visa, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Your card won’t be charged until you have been notified that your order has been accepted. We also expect Paypal payments. Our online payment processing is completely secure.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the dispatch date with your receipt, providing the goods are not damaged, and you will receive a full refund.
If for any reason you receive the wrong stock in your order or if there is any problem with your order you can call us on 0208 671 2166 Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. You can also email If wrong stock items have been sent we will send out the correct stock to reach you via the quickest and most convenient postal method for you and a stamped addressed enevelope for the stock you have been sent to be returned.
