Cath Tate Cards and Covid-19

With thanks to our warehouse, we're delighted to be back delivering wit and wisdom to your doors during these trying times! We are once again open for online retail orders direct to customers as well as trade orders for independent retailers.

Retail customers

Our warehouse is only sending orders on Mondays and Thursdays and to help ensure the safety of our warehouse staff they are working in a very small team. Please also allow a few days extra to receive your delivery due to the pressure currently being placed on Royal Mail. We are very grateful for their efforts to keep us all supplied and connected through this period!

We are sorry but next day delivery services are not available during this period. You should allow at least 7 days to receive your order from the email confirmation saying it has been dispatched.

Trade customers

  • Our warehouse is running on limited staff, so we may not be able to fulfil larger trade orders. If you think this might affect you, please get in touch with us directly when ordering: orders@cathtatecards.com
  • We have extended our payment terms to 60 days for independent retails for orders placed between March 17th, 2020 and June 17th, 2020.
  • Please allow for slightly extended delivery times due to the pressures currently placed on courier services.
