Artist in Focus: Nikki Pontin

We're so excited to add painter and illustrator Nikki Pontin to our talented roster of artists!

Based in her cosy studio in West Wales, Nikki Pontin creates paintings, collages and murals celebrating the natural world. We are delighted to have worked with Nikki to publish her designs on a collection of 12 beautiful greeting cards.

Nikki's work often incorporates hand-collage to build up layers of colour and texture. From otters, bumble bees, butterflies and seahorses, the world of Nikki Pontin is full of wild creatures, winding vines, flowers, leaves and stars. As well as our beautiful range of cards, she produces beautiful fine art prints and often works on impressive wall murals and sign art.

Cath Tate Cards has always been passionate about raising female artist's voices (Cath first began the business in the 80's by producing postcards with female cartoonists, after all!) so to add Nikki into our growing group of talented collaborating artists is very exciting!
